Why? Refrigerator Ices Up Every Few Weeks.

The refrigerator (#FFHT1817LB) is only 13mos old. Yes, just past warranty! It ices up on the top and bottom to the extreme. We need to remove everything inside and turn off the unit then wait until the ice thaws. It happens every few weeks, its a vicious cycle. The dial is set properly but its doesn't matter. Too Cold!! Probably costing us more on electricity (some energy saver!) We are Very Displeased customers- What could be wrong?
