Good Morning pmontesi, I am happy to assist you!

I understand the lights works in your refrigerator; however is your refrigerator cooling? By fan motor not working, are you referring to the compressor or the evaporator fan? With this information I can better address the issue at hand. Thank you!

Good Morning! According to the information you have provided there is power to the unit and lights are coming on. I would make sure that the temperature control in the fresh food section is in the on, half way position, not turned off. You may also want to do a typical reset of the refrigerator, by unplugging the appliance or turning the circuit breaker off for five minutes, to resolve the concern. However, if the compressor still does not come on I would contact a professional technician to diagnose the unit.

Hope this helps!

Chris
