Freezer Seal Is Not Good And Al The Food Spoiled Twice

We have a Frigidaire freezer FR 21cf UFZR LFFH21F7HW and it didn't last long before the food was not freezing and we lost everything in it twice. The seal is not working and probably was bad when we purchased it. I would like to know where I can buy one and try and fix it instead of scrapping it.
