If your food is freezing in the refrigerator side of the unit, you need to check your damper door/switch that controls the freezer's cool air going into the refrigerator side. Check for any blockages or unusual sites. Then contact a service provider. If changing the temp does not help at all, they need to diagnose the control board next.
