New Fridge Not Coolooling Properly.

Topr shelves of both freezer and fridge won't stay cold. Ice maker quite working as well. I just purchased this item two weeks ago at Lowes. Model #FFHS2611LW4

Hello Iwvoice – Try cleaning the out the refrigerator, clean any coils you can reach (usually located on the bottom of unit), and make sure no food items are blocking any vents in the back. What is the temperature set to? It is recommended for the freezer compartment to be around 0ºF and refrigerator around 34-37ºF. If any of these suggestions prove to be ineffective, then the unit could possibly have a floating restriction in the lines or a sealed system issue that only a professional can help with. Contact the manufacturer directly for a listing of certified technicians that can accurately assist you with the repairs.
