Temperature Digital Display Is Doing Strange Things

Hi, The digital display for the freezer fluctuates around -19 to -25 degrees, instead of showing 0 degrees (items in the freezer are more frozen than usual). The digital display for the refrigerator is flashing the number 4 instead of showing 37 degrees. Someone told me I might need to reset the defrost timed, but I cannot find it on this refrigerator (model # FFHS2313LS3). Could you direct me to where it is and/or suggest what the problem and related solution might be? Thank you, Beatrice
