Good Morning montefio – Let’s try resetting the range. This can be done by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. Wait roughly ten minutes and then turn the range back on. If it proves to be ineffective, then more than likely the unit is experiencing a communication issue between the element switch and control board or faulty element. At this point, I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose the appliance to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.
