We do not have a maunal for this oven. Does it have a cook, then keep warm function?

Yes this unit does have a cook, and then a timed warm cycle you can find in the owner's guide. My suggestion is to go to the manufacturer's site at www.Frigidaire.com/manuals and enter the model number for your paperwork.
