No Broiler

Have had broiler element checked and it is good, bottom element works fine just no broil?

Hello bholz55 – I understand the broiler element is operable but it will not heat. Try reprogramming the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes, turn on the range and select the broil option. Should all troubleshooting measures fail, then the range could possibly be experiencing a wiring failure, a communication issue with the EOC (electronic oven control), or sensor probe. At this point, I would personally recommend reaching out to a qualified technician.
