Shuts Off

When I put gas in my car, it will start then stall. I have had this happen three times in two months. It sits for about 30 minutes before it will start and continue to run. Upon starting it runs rough and eventually smoothes out. It has also shut down on my while in route twice. No warnings just shuts off in mid traffic. I have taken it to the dealer to only have them tell me they can't find anything wrong with it. The last time I had it towed in and I was told I had a bad battery. I purchased a new one only to have the truck shut down again after gas deposit.
