I've found the relays on my own accord, thanks to my years of experience wiith electronics as a Ham, Electronic Tech & finally as a EE & ME with a plus of motherboard SMT Expierience w/GE, RCA, Motorola and the like. The relay(s) are encased in a single case (2) actually on a circuit board SMT componets - It's actually Ford Part #3F2T-130734-ECW., which is integrated into the switch and Pass Airbag Off switch, (note, my pass airbag light is continiously on) - this is part of the entire cirfcuit board.

Don't feel bad I even went to a Ford dealer to Svc Dept & Parts, they could see the circuit as "Power quarter window switch", BUT couldn't find the physical location of the relay(s) The issue appears to have been failure of internal relay for window closure. From Owners Manual "Press and Hold Bottom of switch to open or the top of switch to close both vent windows" IF a long press is held in either open or closed, it appears either one way or the other the internal relay coil will open (excessive current draw) breaking the fine wire inside. My windows were closed, but some cases of failures I have seen issues with the windows been open and couldn't be closed.

I found BOTH motors to function OK using an external 12vdc source and switching the + & - , the motor turns in both directions as intended.
