Ignition 1996 F350 Non Tilt 460 Auto No Alarm Manual Locks

ignition would not turn offtruck replaced tumbler, switch just turns freely untill you get to start position, checked electrical box down below seems to be intact , is there anything  insid steering colum that hooks to the rod that goes through the steering colum
