Have A 1996 F350 Dually 2 Wheel Drive E40d Trans

JUST had it rebuilt put it in put all fluids in went to test drive got about A1/4mile felt funny pulled over shut it off check every thing started it again went to put in gear nothing no gear wouldn't moved at all like it was in neutral can anyone help please
