Domelights/lights On Inside Of Door Won't Turn Off

I had the same problem. Behind the glove compartment box ( open glove compartment door, pull in on both side walls of glovebox to release catches and drop box) Right behind the glovebox under dash is a black relay, it has 5 wires running to black delay relay via a white plug in harness. You can locate it for certain by touching fuse on fuse box to energise relay and place your finger on black relay and you can feel relay click when energized ( you"ll need assistance for that).....I unplugged mine and removed relay, now my door / dome lights operate old school...no delay nor do lights come on when door latch pulled...now lights on when doors open, off when doors closed. " Hope that cures your problem."
