199c Fails To Starts With Lcd Backlight Flash 1 Second, A Sound Of A Relay.

my 199c cannot be started. when i press power on button, the display only flash display background light in 1 second, hear a click of a relay sound, then goes black/still. do you have any suggestions to fix it?

The batteries may be completely empty. In this case

the test tool will not start up, even if it is powered by

the battery charger. Charge the batteries first: power

the test tool with the battery charger without turning it

on. Wait about 15 minutes and try turning on the test

tool again.
