Burned Component

My 117 has a burned component and now it will no longer measure voltage, either AC or DC. I think that it is the component marked R3 on the circuit board. Can you please tell me the value of this resistor? If this resistor is burned, are there any other components that are likely to need replacing? The ohms range works ok
