I Received A Message From Facebook Centre About My Account

I received a message from Facebook Centre that said that if I don't confirm my account within 24 hours that my account would be disabled. The message said that I was supposed to have posted something that was vulgar or inappropriate to some. I have not posted anything on my account in that nature. Could you help me resolve this so my account will not be disabled? Was wondering if it isn't someone trying to access my account.

This is almost certainly a scam. Ignore it.
