I Changed My Password Yesterday, My Account Was Blocked 24 Hours, Now It Doesn't

I changed my password yesterday, my account was blocked 24 hours, now it doesn't recognize the new password and the email account linked to my facebook is an old one and invalid, how do I get back in?
