My Facebook Page Has A Large Blue Line At The Top And I Am Unable To Log Out

The large blue line at the top of the page does not allow me to access the bar so I can't log out. How do I fix this?

I had this problem too, I had to delete all history on my browser and then when signed in again from scratch everything was normal again, hope it works for you too....
