Greetings - Open your computer's browser software (i.e Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, Safari, or any other) > type in www.facebook.comon the address bar > enter your facebook login ID and password on the provided boxes (the computer must have internet access) > then follew the on-screen prompts to regain access.
