That error is sent to mobile devices using facebook chat. if you login to http://www.facebook.com on a pc and you should be ok. From what I read, you are not alone. There are alot of people having this issue right now. Apparently there is a new build for the chat being implemented and the popular speculation is thats whats causing the problem but i admit i couldn't find a definitive answer at this time.
