I Was Over Charged $180.00 And I Would Like To Have A Credit To My Account

I ordered $20,00 worth of chips and ended up with a charge of $200.00 to my account.

If you were overcharged, your best course is probably to dispute them with your credit/debit card provider. You can also complain to the California Dept. of Consumer Affairs, at 916-445-1254.
