Never Received Items, But Was Charged 15000
I have written you three times with no response, I am fighting the charges on my credit card, was charged for 2 items and never received either. I need to speak to someone

We're an independent help site not connected with Etsy. Etsy doesn't presently encourage and perhaps doesn't accept phone calls from consumers. I'm presuming you've already filed a dispute with your card company [if not, do so now!]. It will investigate and reverse the charges if Etsy can't substantiate them. You can also complain to your state's consumer protection agency, for which see https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer.
