Trendingslippers (#1270873716) How Do I Return These Slippers? I Received Them

I received them just yesterday! Ordered them around the first of January. They are not at all what I expected. They are listed as shearling and I doubt very much that they are authentic. The main reason I want to return them is that the soles feel lumpy and uncomfortable.Please advise as to how I can return them.Teresa Francis2330 Ciji Circle, Snellville, GAT

Note that the seller was not Etsy but an independent dealer affiliated with Etsy. The following is from Etsy's website:

Confirmation from the seller via Conversations or Etsy's case system that they'll accept the return A return shipping address provided by the seller
The timeframe in which the seller expects to receive the returned item
An agreement determining which party is responsible for the cost of return shipping (the buyer or the seller)
