Epson Workforce 630 Can't Recgonize New Ink

Hi. It is possible for genuine ink catridgeds to come with faulty sensor chips unfortunatelly. You can try cleaning the contacts to be sure they are not insulated by foreign substance first http://www.castleink.com/_clean-print-heads.html . The video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mafgV5zl8lw may help. You will have to take the catridge back for a replacement as the last resort.
