Photos Have A Heavy Blue Bias. Colour Correction Makes General Quality Worse

Most likely your "sponges" that clean the printer head is completely saturated. I had the same problem and could find an answer any where. open the printer and you will find (non replaceable, which is a very bad feature) sponges that "wipe" the printer head when it passes from side to side of the paper while printing. Take a large number of paper towels and "dab" at the sponges to get rid of the excess ink. And discontinue using the borderless printing in the future to help reduce the ink buildup.
