Tear Off In Wrong Position
Please note that i am using the model LQ 590, i use the bottom feeder for printing receipts with paper size A5, the problem is that the paper position after printing does not stop at the tear off of the printer, what happens is after print job is done the paper stop at the tear off edge then after 2 seconds it goes with few centimeter.the printer preference is adjust with the A5 size, i also tried the section of holding 3 seconds on the pause bottom to enter micro mode but still not successful. please help. Thanks.

I suggest you go to page 53 to the "Using the Tear-off Function." You may also consider Resetting the printer.
When you press both the Font and Pitch buttons simultaneously, the printer clears buffer and returns to its default settings.
