Ramp Stuck At -10 Epic A30e Elliptical.

It does re-calibrate, moves from -10 to 0 and then back to -10. I not able to move to move it from -10.

I tried these steps. It goes from 0 back to -10.

On pressing "+" or "-" for Ramp, the screen does reflect the right number bu the ramp does not move.

Appreciate your assistance in helping me.

If the ramp is not functioning properly, the ramp may

need to be calibrated. To calibrate the ramp, press and

hold the User Defined button for several seconds until

the test mode appears in the display.

Press the User Defined button again. Then, press the

Ramp increase or decrease button to calibrate the

ramp. The ramp will move upward and downward as it

calibrates.

When the ramp stops moving, the ramp is calibrated.

Then, press the User Defined button repeatedly until

the last screen of the test mode appears. Then, press

the User Defined button to exit the calibration mode.
