No Power

my 1 month old washer won't come on even though it is getting electric

Try to reset the appliance from the circuit breaker in your home. Turn the breaker off for 4-5 minutes, then turn it back on. Retry turning the unit on for a cycle. If you do not see a performance difference, please contact our customer service department at 1-877-435-3287, or schedule a technician via www.electroluxappliances.com/servicelocator to have the unit diagnosed for repairs.
