Electrolux Went Kaput

I have a EW30GF65GS freestanding 30" hybrid range that went kaput. My stove tripped the circuit breaker one day I think because of a short somewhere. I couldn't reset the breaker as it retripped immediately. I disconnected it from it's power supply and checked the breaker. It worked. Which now leads me to believe that there is a short somewhere. I checked resistance with an ohmmeter on the power connections at the base of the appliance. the left (black) wire has 0 resistance with the center (white common) wire. Is it now time for a pro? I looked for shorts or burnt areas but I couldn't find any.
