Error 'remove Oven Racks' Ew30ew55gs . Racks And Supports Are Removed.

cannot engage oven cleaning mod even though the racks and supports have been removed.suggestions on how to fix?I rebooted the oven a couple of times in the hopes that it just needed a reset.Thanks

I understand that you are receiving an error code of remove oven racks inside of your Electrolux wall oven. This could be a possible issue with your sensor. I would recommend a reset and you can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off for at least ten minutes. I see that you have already completed that reset.
