Hello gmg5919 - Is the door lock indicator light glowing? Try reprogramming the range by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart unit. This will clear most false error codes. If it proves to be ineffective, contact a professional to move forward accurately and properly assist with the repairs. The unit could possibly have a faulty light switch, door latch or EOC.
