F15 Error

I have an Electrolux Ew30Ew65Gs double wall oven. I got a F15 error code. Per the internet I cut the power at the breaker and waited. When I restored power all was ok till today (about 3days later) when I was cooking a pizza in the upper oven. This time I cut the power, then restored it and tried to start a 1 minute timer. But as soon a I started the timer the F15 reappeared. What is going on, and can I fix it myself.
