Code E15

Code E15 came on. The Surface Elements don't heat up, but the OVEN works fine.I tried to reset the stove by disconnecting and reconnecting power and the Surface Elements worked for a few minutes, but then the E15 code came again and the elements shut off.Do you know which board needs to be replaced?
