Ice Maker Is Not Making Much Ice,,then It Crushes The Ice On The Cube Setting,wh

our ice maker doest make much ice, when it has some in the tray it crushes it on the cube setting,,,getting fustrated with this thing,,,we had it for about a month and it probably has made about 2lbs of ice MAX
