How Do You Get The Turntable Support To Go On The Shaft?

Hi Anonymous-118639, thank you for your question. Typically you would set the turntable above the shaft and should sit in place once it is aligned properly. By any chance, if the turntable support doesn’t fit accordingly then it could possibly be missing a piece, part may be damaged or are not installed correctly. Hope this information helps to some degree.
