About Refrigerator

Hello, we have purchased an Electrolux refrigerator 6 years back. Till last 3 years, it was working fine and 3 years back, door got damaged and now, refrigerator is working fine, but all the attached screws are damaged from door to fridge body. We are moving door from here and there to keep anything inside the fridge. The good news is that fridge is working fine. Though at present, I don't have warranty, please suggest how much price can I get, if I handover it in any electrolux office.

Hello ramuakp – Once your refrigerator has been repaired and is fully functional again, you may be able to purchase an extended service agreement through the manufacturer. Note that cosmetic damages or repairs are not usually covered by most manufacturer warranties or service agreements. If you go to the manufacturer site, you can locate the phone number for the Customer Engagement Center to inquire about an extended service agreement for your appliance.
