Dynex Dx-l24-10a. This Is My Tv. Now The Picture Is Getting Black And Green.

Can I replace a lamp on this tv? The picture is going black green dark

Dynex does not recommend that people make their own repairs of TVs. I assume you ask this question because there is no longer a warranty on this TV.

I also assume that you have dones your troubleshooting as suggested in the Dx-L24-10a manual.

Adjust the color saturation to see if that will satisfy the problem - Press MENU on your Dynex remote to open the on-screen menu. This opens the Picture menu
Use the up down arrows to highlight an option and the < arrows > to adjust the option
In this case you want to begin by selecting COLOR to adjust the saturation
You can also adjust the brightness
When you are done you press EXIT to return to the previous menu or MENU to close the menu entirely.
Another corrective measure is to check the TV hook-up whether antenna, cable or satellite receiver box.

Before doing anything else, give the Tech Support people at Dynex a call at 800-305-2204. You can reach them daily from 7:00am - midnight CT.
