My Computer Wont Install The Driver When I Connect It, I Have Windows 7.

Which of these installation methods did you use? 

  1. You plugged in the Reader and let Windows 7 recognize the Reader and automatically install the appropriate driver(s).

  2. You plugged in the Reader and installed the driver(s) from the CD that came with the reader.

  3. You plugged in the Reader and used Windows Update to install the driver(s).
