Error Message

hi there, my rhino 5200 printer has come up with the message tape stall detected, and no matter what i do i cant get rid of the message and im unable to use the printer. Ive tried new tapes in the machine, but still no joy. do you have any suggestions ?

You could check the cogs in the cassette compartment, it looks like there is some debris there. If everything looks clean, even the blade, then please contact DYMO help desk to have the printer repaired.

I had the same problem and it was a broken wire inside the unit. Remove the 5 screws on the back and pull the back off. on the right side of the unit with the PC board facing you the will be a small switch with two wires. One of these wires is possibly broken at the circuit board.
