Problems Logging In -- Steps On Site Not Working!

Dropbox is threatening to close my account due to having not logged in for some time. I have been trying for months to log in, but cannot. I do not have the old phone number to which they text the 2-step verification code. The computer from which I logged on before is no longer operating, so I cannot get to my account settings to change anything. Therefore, no way to log in. I've left several emails. I either get no response -- or I get an auto-generated message telling me to follow the steps I've already tried over and over and over. I have found no other way of reaching someone. Dropbox is the ONLY back up I have of all my important documents and I will lose them all if I cannot get this resolved in the next few days! Yikes. PLEASE HELP!!!
