Billing For Last 2 Months

I have been billed $9.99 the last 2 months on my Am. Ex Card and have no idea what it is for. These charges need to be credited immediately and any and all future charges for whatever they are for arfe to cancelled immediately as well. Please confirm that this has been done in writing. Am Ex is being notified not to accept anymore charfges from your company.
