The Electronic Throttle Control Light Is Coming On And When Trying To Start It.
The van just keeps trying to start even after i let go of the key. The key is in the on position but wont fully start just keeps trying to turn over.

Hi. You need the pull out the diagnostic trouble code(s) using the OBD scanner/reader to know what exactly is wrong around the ETC. You should be able to obtain a free code scan at your nearest AutoZone branch if you do not own a scanner.
