I Tried To Turn The Tv Off And Hit The Wrong Key & Not Can't Get A Picture/sound

I tried to turn TV off and hit wrong key (TV/VCR); now TV will not come on (picture nor sound).

I Know the Answer!

If using a coax cable from receiver to TV, the TV would be on channel 3/4. If using an RCA (yellow, white, red) cable, component (green, blue, red, white, red) cable, or an hdmi cable, the TV would be on an input setting. Once you determine which type cable you have, using your TV remote, you would put your TV either on channel 3/4 or an input setting. Once you find the picture, press the SAT button on your DISH remote to put the remote back in Satellite mode. If this doesn't work, unplug the receiver from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and plug back in. This will cause the receiver to reboot and re-acquire satellite signal. I hope this helps.

Same thing happened to me after three days of subsciption.

There are no answers from Dish Network only additional charges. Cancelling the subscription cost me $420.

The only answers is STAY AWAY FROM DISH NETWORK at any cost.
