I would be happy to assist you! There is a mode button on the front right side of the receiver behind the door. If you press this, it will put the receiver into dual mode if it is in single mode. You will be able to tell what mode it is in on the front of the receiver; there are lights under Mode. If one box is lit up, the receiver is in single mode, if two boxes are lit up, the receiver is in dual mode. Please email me at [email protected] if you have any other questions!
