Dish Acquiring Signal Won't Go Past Step 2

I would be happy to help if you are still having this issue! Is there anything blocking the dish? Have you tried to reset the receiver by unplugging it from the power source for 10 seconds? Please email me at [email protected] if you have any other questions!
