No Service
was watching tiv and then it goes off.. can't switch channels

Hi, this is Alicia Brink. I'm with DISH Network. I apologize about the signal loss. It is hard to determine what exactly is going on. If your screen is black or snowy it may be on wrong channel or aux mode. You can try chaning to see if you get a picture back. If you are watching TV and it goes out or if you get a signal loss message you may need to reset the receiver. The best way to do this is to unplug the receiver from the wall for 1 min. than reconnect and wait for the system to reboot. If you do not have access to the power cord you can press and hold the power button down for 10 secs on the front of the receiver.
