Hi, this is Alicia Brink. I'm with DISH Network. I know this was posted awhile ago, but I wanted to address incase other customers may have a similar concern. It is hard to determine the exact problem without doing some further trouble shooting with you. What it sounds like is that the input or mode is incorrect. Try changing the mode to TV mode, it can sometimes be in modes like component, video etc. Once on the TV mode change to channel 60 or 73. If this does not correct the issue please let us now so we can further trouble shoot.
