How I Can Use The Pc Software If Today Everyone Use Windows 7 Or 8.?

Please, can you be more explicite and tell me which software I need to download. It cannot be that others have not this problem. Today practically everyone using PC works with Windows 7 or 8.. Moreover, in another two months it will possible to work with Windows 10.

You will have to install it in OS compatibility mode. Right click the softwares .exe file & choose compatitibility mode.
