Red Light Blinks And Receiver Turns Off

standby on push power the light turns green the receiver turns on then a red light in the green light turns re and blinks and receiver turns off why won't it stay on?

Hi. The most likely cause for this is an overload detection. Firstly, disconnect your speakers and try again. If the amp comes on normally, there is a problem with the speakers. If not, the amp has a fault. The problem is usually caused by a shorted transistor in the output stage. The amp is going into protection mode to prevent the speakers from being damaged. Why is my Denon receiver blinking red?

The red blinking in general is an indication of "protect" mode. This is a case where a problem has been detected and the unit shuts down to prevent further damage to either the receiver or the speakers
